Legendairy Milk: A Review.

If you follow me on social media I'm 90% sure you're sick of all my posts about the supplements from the company , Legendary Milk, so I'll just review the products I've taken so far. The company is mostly an online shop (located in Austin, Texas) but occasionally share that a small, local business is selling their product. Besides their amazing customer service, the products I've tried, so far, have been so helpful! I 80% pump and 20% breastfeed so my first choice was, Pump Princess. I seen an increase in my supply the next day after taking it! It worked so well for me! When I started running low on them, I looked for a new kind to try out so next I went with, Lechita, because it said it helps with gassy babies. It also helps produce more letdowns! Next up I'm about to place my order for their semi-new product, Activist, once it's restocked! Check out the website, https://www.legendairymilk.com, and read all the bottles. They all have a funny saying on them and really makes the brand unique! Not only is everything Fenugreek free, but everything is also vegan, gluten free, made with organic ingredients and contains no GMO! I find that I produce more when I drink about 32 ounces of water in between my pumping/nursing time, which is about every 4-5 hours. Also hand expressing! It makes me feel like a cow, but it produces more letdowns, which means more milk! In about 9 weeks, I had 2,500 ounces frozen because of these! Highly recommend.
